Restore visual clarity and durability to rigid and flexible plastics!
The durability of plastic has made it a great alternative to glass for boat windows, visors, aquariums, and much more. The only flaw is its susceptibility to scratching and hazing. Fortunately, since plastic is such a durable material, it can be cleaned and polished back to its original clarity as long as you have the right product. Meguiar’s PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish is that product.
Meguiar's exclusive Microscopic Diminishing Abrasive Technology (MDAT) removes light oxidation, chemical degradation, surface contamination, stains and light surface scratches with ease. In addition, because our microscopic diminishing abrasives breakdown as you use them, PlastX is safe on plastic rear windows, on convertible tops, aircraft windows, motorcycle fairings, face shields, headlights and taillights, instrument panels, all clear plastic boat surfaces and acrylic aquariums. Meguiar's PlastX also contains highly water-resistant polymers. These specialized hi-tech polymers provide long lasting durable protection to keep your clear plastics clear and beautiful longer. PlastX is non-toxic and does not contain any harsh solvents.
To use Meguiar’s PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, rub a small amount onto a cool, clean surface using a clean terry or microfiber towel. Work on a small section at a time, rubbing the lotion into the spot thoroughly. Wipe off the excess product with another clean towel. Meguiar’s recommends their Ultimate Wipe, made from soft microfiber. Do not use this product on painted surfaces.
