Our Tire & Wheel Cleaner is
biodegradable, non-toxic, non-caustic, and gentle on skin. But this
thick, concentrated miracle gel packs quite a punch when it comes to quickly
and easily removing brake dust, road grime, oil and grease. Wolfgang Tire &
Wheel Cleaner was formulated for versatility, being equally gentle and
effective on wheels as on tires. Rest assured that Wolfgang Tire & Wheel
Cleaner is safe to use on all kinds of wheels—including aluminum,
painted, polished, anodized, clear coated and billet wheels. Natural oils in the
cleaner capture dirt and dust on the wheel and allow them to be safely whisked
away from even the most sensitive, expensive wheels without danger of scratching
or harming your investment.
Wolfgang Tire & Wheel Cleaner is
a formula containing emulsifiers, wetting agents and environmentally safe
deep cleansers to loosen and remove all foreign particles clinging to your
tires and wheels. It even penetrates below the surface of the rubber to extract
deep, ground in dirt and abrasives, further protecting your tires.
Not only is Wolfgang Tire & Wheel
Cleaner unique for being a two-in-one cleaner which streamlines your car-care
process, but it is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition when it comes to
our cutting-edge formula. Most wheel or tire cleaners rely on butyl or butyl
ether for their cleansing power. Though cheap and highly effective, butyl is
anything but safe. It is very harsh—it can white stain aluminum, zaps moisture
from skin on contact, and gives off toxic fumes. Several European countries have
instated a ban against butyl in cleaning products due to its harmful nature.
Wolfgang is proud to utilize German butyl-replacement cleaning agents in our
Tire & Wheel Cleaner. The gel cleaner measures at a pH of 12.5 (superior
cleaning muscle), but without severe chemicals, it’s as gentle as water.
Tech notes: Wolfgang Tire
& Wheel Cleaner requires light agitation with a sponge or brush to facilitate
deep cleaning action and break the bond between the surface of your tires and
wheel and stubborn brake dust and other grime. This results in a thoroughly
cleaned spotless finish on both tires and wheels.
To Use:
- If possible, work out of direct sunlight. Wheels should be cool to the touch. Spray the wheel with water.
- Cover the tire and wheel with a fine mist of Wolfgang Tire & Wheel Cleaner.
- Allow cleaner to sit and penetrate for about 30 seconds.
- Use your sponge or brush to gently agitate the entire surface.
- Rinse well with fresh water.
- Pat dry with a clean towel to prevent water spots.
